Makita LH1040 260mm Table/Mitre Saw (240v/110v)

The Makita LH1040 is 2 machines in one, firstly it's a mitre saw with a maximum depth of cut at 90° of 69mm x 130mm with a table that turns both left and right to angles of 45° - 52°, secondly it's a table saw with a maximum depth of cut at 90° of 40mm.

Normally when you have a machine with multi use there is always a compromise but with this saw its quality throughout, ideally suited to the kitchen fitter or 2nd fixer it will run down timber with ease, with its sturdy fence clamping on the front of the sturdy cast aluminium table. With dust extraction available on both the mitre saw, via the port at the rear and on the table saw, situated at the front of the saw, this tool is a little gem.
