It is brand new, undamaged, never been used or returned, the box was simply in a condition that made it unsaleable. Warranty is not affected and it is exactly the same as buying a new one, just without the box, BUT at a vastly reduced price.

The rear fixed flap on the UV3600 allows for operation without the collection bag and tool-less handle height adjustment makes for more comfortable operation.
