1 Hour Timed Delivery from Interlink Express With Text (SMS) Notification

We don't want our customers waiting in all day for their parcels to turn up which is why we use Interlink Express "Predict" delivery service with a one hour delivery window for all our customers.

Once your order has left our warehouse you will be allocated a one hour delivery window for the next working day, you will receive an email and a text message (providing you have entered a mobile telephone number at the time of placing your order) advising you of your time slot. If this time is inconvenient you can change the delivery date by simply replying to your email or text message and selecting another day up to 3 working days ahead.

Large or Bulky Items

On bulky or very heavy items, we have to use an alternate delivery service operated by XDP Express. It is still a next day delivery service to Mainland UK bar the post code exceptions below, however it does not have a text (SMS) notification system or 1 hour timed delivery slots.

Mainland UK Overnight Delivery Service

Mainland UK Overnight Delivery Service

We deliver to all UK mainland addresses on a standard next day delivery service, this is with the exception of Northern Ireland, where deliveries can take 2 days. We aim to despatch all orders received by 2pm the same day.

Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be despatched on Monday for delivery Tuesday. All orders over £99 in value will be delivered free of charge. Orders with a value of less than £99 will incur a delivery charge of £6.95.

We will endeavour to have your order delivered direct to you within 2 working days of you placing your order. If for any reason there is a delay with your order we will let you know immediately giving you the opportunity to cancel your order and not have your payment taken.

When we have despatched your goods you will receive an email from us advising you that your goods have left our warehouse, within the subject line of your email will be a unique 14 digit number which refers to your order (similar to this CD31XY10000387). You can track the progress of your delivery with our carrier at this address www.interlinkexpress.com by entering the 14 digit number in the "track your parcel" box to the top left of the screen.

Interlink will require a signature on delivery of your order. If no-one is available when they attempt delivery a card will be placed through your door advising you of your consignment number and contact details to make alternate arrangements.

Before 10am and Before 12pm Delivery Service (Monday to Friday)

For Mainland UK, on weekdays Monday to Friday, we also provide 2 'guaranteed by time' delivery services, particularly useful if you must have your items by a specific time on any given weekday.

Our before 10am delivery service costs £19.95.

Our before 12pm delivery service costs £12.95.

Saturday Before 12pm Delivery Service

We provide a before 12pm delivery service on a Saturday to Mainland UK (areas defined as Mainland UK explained above). The cost for this service is £24.95.

Non Mainland UK Delivery Service

With the exception of the Isle of Wight, which we deliver to on a next day delivery service for £12.95, all non Mainland UK addresses have a 2 day delivery service.

Deliveries to Scottish Highlands and Republic of Ireland are £14.95.

Deliveries to Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, Channel Isles, Isle of Man and Scilly Isles are £19.95.

European Deliveries

We now deliver to the majority of Europe with our partners Interlink Express, countries are banded into 5 seperate zones with a standard delivery charge and delivery times for each zone. Please select your country from the drop down box within the checkout process, the appropriate delivery charge will be added to the total of your invoice.

Zone 5 covers the following countries: Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Greece, Iceland, Latvia, Lithuania, Montenegro, Norway, Romania and Serbia.

A standard delivery charge of £49.95 covers all deliveries up to 30kg with delivery time of 4-6 days.

Customs Charges

In addition to delivery charges the following countries will also incur a £25.00 customs charge per consignment: Croatia, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Montenegro, Norway, Serbia and Switzerland.

Returning An Item

For customers wishing to return an item, we recommend http://www.parcel2go.com/ who provide an efficient and cost effective service. Please ensure that a copy of your invoice is enclosed with the return. It is your responsibility to pay for all return carriage costs.
