We are open up to and including Friday 22nd December, any orders placed up until 3pm on this day will be processed and delivered as normal. We will then be closed until 2nd January.
All orders received after 3pm on Friday 22nd December will be processed on 2nd January and out for delivery on Wednesday 3rd January.

We don't want our customers waiting in all day for their parcels to turn up which is why we use DPD as our delivery partner. Once your goods have left our warehouse you will receive a SMS message and email from DPD (providing you have provided relevant contact information), the message will confirm that your goods are in transit to you and will contain consignment details so you can track your parcel online. On the morning of delivery DPD will once again send you a SMS message and email with a 1 hour delivery slot so you know when your goods will arrive, if this time is not convenient there will be options within your message to have your delivery delayed, left in a safe place, with a neighbour or at one of DPD's many drop off points so you can collect at a time suitable to yourself.
On bulky or heavy items, we have to use an alternate delivery service operated by XDP Express. It is still a next day delivery service to the majority of the UK however XDP do not offer a 1 hour timed service.
We deliver to all UK mainland addresses on a standard next day delivery service, this is with the exception of Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Channel Islands and Highlands where deliveries can take 2 days. We aim to despatch all orders received by 3pm the same day.
Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched on Monday for delivery Tuesday. All orders over £99 in value will be delivered free of charge. Orders with a value of less than £99 will incur a delivery charge of £6.95.
If for any reason there is a delay with your order we will let you know immediately giving you the opportunity to cancel your order and have your payment refunded.
Interlink will require a signature on delivery of your order. If no-one is available when they attempt delivery a card will be placed through your door advising you of your consignment number and contact details to make alternate arrangements.The following post codes will be on a 2 day service due to their locations:

For Mainland UK, on weekdays Monday to Friday, we also provide 2 'guaranteed by time' delivery services, particularly useful if you must have your items by a specific time on any given weekday.
Our before 10.30am delivery service costs £19.95.
Our before 12pm delivery service costs £12.95.
All orders received by 3pm on Friday will be delivered on a Saturday before 5pm service to mainland UK (areas defined as Mainland UK explained above).
We provide a before 12pm delivery service on a Saturday to Mainland UK (areas defined as Mainland UK explained above). The cost for this service is £24.95.
All non Mainland UK addresses have a 2 day delivery service.
Deliveries to Scottish Highlands and Republic of Ireland are charged at £14.95.
Deliveries to Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, Channel Isles, Isle of Man and Scilly Isles are charged at £19.95.
