The Makita DCS552 is a 136mm cordless metal cutting saw powered by 18v LXT batteries. With a 50.5mm maximum depth of cut this machine is ideal for plumbers and electricians for cutting pipe, unistrut, threaded bar, box sections, flat plate and many other applications.

This unit has a heavy gauge base for smooth, accurate cutting and a built in chip collection box with easy disposal hinged lid. Other features include electric brake, LED light with easy viewing window and a lock off lever to help prevent accidental start up.
