The Makita DUH523RT cordless hedge trimmer kit includes 1 x 5Ah 18v LXT battery and DC18RC fast charger. This Makita cordless hedge trimmer features a 520mm double sided stain free shear blade with a surface of glittering silver, obtained by non-electrolyzed nickel plating that produces a high anti-abrasion surface for long life. This makes it user replaceable without the need to disassemble the housing.

The rubberised soft grip provides a comfortable and sure grip and the anti-vibration structure has 5 cushions that absorb the vibration from the blade and crank. A battery indicator on the handle flashes red when power is getting low and is solid red when battery power is exhausted.
