The Makita GA023GD203 40v Max brushless 125mm angle grinder is part of the new XGT range of tools from Makita which combine innovative tool design and high output batteries to provide a real solution for high demand industrial users.

The GA023GD203 angle grinder delivers the same power as a 1,000w corded machine and features a brushless motor which increases battery efficiency, providing longer runtime per charge and requires virtually no maintenance. AFT (active feedback technology) senses if the tool is suddenly forced to lock and instantly turns the motor off protecting the user and XPT (extreme protection) shields the unit from dust and moisture.

The GA023GD203 features a rubberised main body with a side handle that fits both left and right-handed and the wheel guard has a tool-less adjustment through 180 degrees. Other features include an on/off slide switch, electric brake for instant rotation stop and a spindle lock for rapid wheel change.
