Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards and Paypal.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Orders to UK mainland over £99 are shipped carriage free, orders under £99 will incur a £6.95 carriage charge. Deliveries to non UK mainland areas will incur a separate carriage charge, please see our delivery information.
We aim to deliver all orders received Mon-Fri within next working day. If for any reason a delay is expected with your order we will contact you and offer the option to cancel your order and refund you immediately.
If you item is not in stock and you are happy to wait we will give you an estimated delivery date and keep you notified on the progress of your order.
You will always retain the right at any time to cancel your order and have your card refunded.
For all orders 20% vat is included in the price that you see. If you are in an area where goods are VAT exempt the VAT will be deducted during the checkout process
All transaction information passed between merchant sites and the Sagepay VSP Systems is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted and any messages sent to your servers from Sagepay are signed using MD5 hashing to prevent tampering. You can be completely secure in the knowledge that nothing you pass to the Sagepay servers can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information.
All Makita tools come with a 12 month warranty backed by Makita in Milton Keynes.
In the unlikely event that you have a problem with your purchase during the warranty period then simply return the complete tool, freight paid, to either an authorised Makita Service Agent or to Makita (UK) Ltd. If inspection shows the trouble is caused by defective workmanship or material Makita will repair without charge.
Please note that this guarantee does not apply where:
- Repairs have been made or attempted by others
- Repairs are required because of normal wear or tear
- The tool has been abused, misused or improperly maintained
- Alterations have been made to the tool
- This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights
Makita's commitment to their product range means that they will always endeavour to keep a complete stock of all spares for current and older products within their range.
Makita have a comprehensive range of approved repair agents throughout the UK meaning that wherever you live you won't be far from your nearest agent.
Fastfix do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
