Delivery Information

All orders are dispatched via a Standard Delivery Service via DPD within 3-5 days.

On bulky or heavy items, we have to use an alternate delivery service operated by APC. It is still a next day delivery service to the majority of the UK however APC do not offer a 1 hour timed service.

We deliver to all UK mainland addresses on a standard next day delivery service, this is with the exception of Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands and Scottish Islands where deliveries will take 2-3 days. We aim to despatch all orders received by 3pm the same day. We are not currently shipping to either Northern Ireland or Southern Ireland due to Brexit restrictions.

Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday. All orders over £99 in value will be delivered free of charge. Orders with a value of less than £99 will incur a delivery charge of £5.00.

If for any reason there is a delay with your order we will let you know immediately giving you the opportunity to cancel your order and have your payment refunded.

A signature will be required on delivery of your order. If no-one is available when they attempt delivery a card will be placed through your door advising you of your consignment number and contact details to make alternate arrangements.

• Deliveries to Isle of Wight are charged at £10.00
• Deliveries to Scottish Highlands are charged at £15.00
• Deliveries to Scottish Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Scilly Isles are charged at £20.00
