The Makita UC006G is a top-handle chainsaw with a 250mm carving bar designed for professional arborists and suitable for pruning and carving. With a direct drive system that reduces power loss and a powerful 40v max brushless motor, the UC006G is built for the professional market. It includes a variable speed trigger, comfortable soft grip and electric brake on trigger release. The UC006G is built with safety in mind and features electric and kickback brakes, a metal spike bumper for a secure grip on the cutting material and a lock-off function to prevent accidental operation.

Other features include automatic chain lubrication, captive nuts to prevent nut loss when changing the chain or bar and a hook for rope or belt attachment when working at height.
