The Makita DLM460Z twin 18v lawn mower provides 36v of power and runtime without having to leave the popular 18v LXT platform and is designed for professionals and home owners with a large lawn. The high torque brushless motor features ATD (automatic torque drive) which automatically increases the power as the grass gets thicker or longer and is capable of cutting lawns up to 800sq metres from a single charge.

The all steel deck is designed for increased durability with a cutting width of 46cm and a 5 stage single lever height adjustment from 25-75cm allows the user to quickly change the cutting height. No load speed is a fast 3,300rpm for effortless cutting and the quiet mode reduces the rpm to 2,500rpm to significantly reduce the noise output making it ideal for sensitive environments.

The DLM460Z has an efficient clipping collection system with a large 60 litre collection box meaning less trips to the compost heap and also is supplied with a mulching plug to regenerate the clipping back into the lawn. Other features include water resistance to IPX4, ball bearing wheel axle with front suspension and a safety key that prevents accidental operation while cleaning or maintaining.
