The Makita DUR368L brushcutter features an efficient 36v brushless motor that is powered by two 18v LXT batteries and is designed for those looking for a quiet yet high powered alternative to a petrol unit. The DUR368L has electronic 3-speed selection, soft start and ADT (automatic torque drive) technology which adjusts the speed according to the density of the weeds for longer battery life and lower noise levels. Active feedback technology shuts the tool down to protect the user if the rotation suddenly slows down and twin LED fuel gauges display the current battery status.

Other features include a straight steel shaft for lower vibration, adjustable D handle and an ergonomic rubberised handle for a comfortable grip during prolonged use.
