Makita UR101CZ 36v LXT Brushless Brushcutter

The Makita UR101CZ is part of a range of high powered garden tools that offer a real alternative to petrol-engined counterparts and are environmentally friendly with zero emissions and far lower noise levels.

The Makita UR101CZ features a brushless 36v motor and connects to the PDC01 portable power pack (available separately) for extended run times, comfortable working and excellent manoeuvrability. The UR101CZ has an offset bike handle design and is supplied with a harness for effortless pendulum side to side trimming with enough power to deal with thick weeds and bramble.

Features also include ADT (automatic drive technology) which increases power to the motor according to the resistance and AFT that shuts down the tool if the rotation suddenly stops to protect the user and tool from damage. The UR101CZ has 3-speed electronic control with soft start plus reverse for easy removal of grass clippings tangled around the strimming head.
