Milwaukee M18 FPS55-0P 55mm Plunge Saw (Body Only + Case)

The Milwaukee M18 FPS55-0P 55mm plunge saw redefines the power and precision of cordless tools. It delivers the ability to rip cut at the same feed rate as an equivalent AC circular saw, with the added convenience of cutting 45 meters of 18mm plywood on a single charge of a 5.5Ah battery. It also boasts two depth adjustment scales for on and off-rail use, conveniently adjusted by a simple button press.

Key features of this saw include a flat-sided upper guard, with the blade only 12mm from the outer edge, allowing for very close cuts to walls. Additionally, the saw has been designed for optimal dust extraction because the enclosed guard is compatible with the DEK26 system and includes a dust bag. A scoring stop allows for a 1mm back cut to minimise splintering in laminated materials. The bevel adjustment stops at 22.5°, 45° and 48° and features a -1 for making a back cut. The saw even has a cut line window for precision and a spring-loaded riving knife for safety.

Changing the blade is easy with a system that locks the switch off and the blade in position. The saw features a retractable riving knife that stays in position even during plunge cuts and offers variable speed from 2500rpm to 5600rpm.
